⏱ Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.

📬 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

💰 Restocking Fee

• A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be in the same condition you received them.

• Be unworn, unused, and with tags.

• Be in the original packaging.

• Include receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned.

🛠 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at kairos-creations@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return the item following the steps above and place a new order.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 50% restocking fee.

• Refund processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
